So what's going on with the open source product? Is it still in play or are you just developing the commercial version? The lack of feedback and follow through are a bit disconcerting. Open source is a difficult under taking and I understand that you really need to make money. However the success of the open source part of your business should be a priority. I think it is something that longer term can really give you a decided advantage. One that you probably can't even see right now. It's important not to let that slide. For example, Java now is in a precarious situation as Oracle's takeover with it's ambiguous behavior is leaving the community in askance. For example, you might have seen this recent letter to them:
