Hi all,
I would like to know if the "bogus" market feed running in one machine is accessible from another machine requesting for market feed?
Secondly, if the above is possible, please let know how is this possible and if the message format is the FIX standard MF?
Regards,
Sibir

No, bogus runs in-process. You could relay the data with a custom module, but it's not possible out-of-the-box.

Any other possible solution to get Market Feed other than the online MF?

You could write your own, use one of the two community adapters floating around (CSV or IB), or, I feel obliged to mention, there are several available with the professional subscription version of the product. I'll have to poke around a bit to find mention of the IB or CSV adapters, but if you search these forums, you might find a mention.
