You can find the slides, the strategy source and sample parameters in the attachments (look under the Tools menu on the upper right).

If you want to navigate the table of contents menu, wait for the video to be loaded - keep an eye on the bar at the bottom of the video for progress. The demo starts at around 12:30 and the Q&A session around 22:30min mark. And sorry about the echo in the beginning, we fixed that around 2min in.
